Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund (minus 20% of item cost and postage if applicable). When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.
